16%, because only meat has protein...(are you for real?). Also why would the Department of Health and Welfare of the Okinawa Prefecture where the stats in d come from lie, or research data from various sources like the Japanese ministry of Health or the University of Nagoya, Heidelberg etc especially in stats as in the second link form the 1950s and 60s where veganism wasnt the hipster fad of today? Also what the fuck does veganism has to do with eating less meat, their diet is not even vegetarian, its omnivorous like most traditional diets. For fucks sake you are biased as fuck. Also its not what >>12216610 modern sardinians eat but the fucking centenarians (above 100) you know the actual people that lived and didn't die younger, the same applies for Ikaria, look at modern Greeks they are obese as fuck and die mainly of heart attacks, obviously their modern diet has nothing to do with again the centenarians of Ikaria. Plz take your meds.

We have a business partner in Cagliari (I work in a European trucking company) last xmass he send to our office through one of our drivers a gift basket with awesome bottarga and a few bottles of Malvasia. How does donkey taste and how do you cook it, I've heard from the Chinese that it is one of the tastiest meats but I dont trust them cause they tend to drown everything in soy based sauces.

From what I understand the most healthy (especially in the long run) diet is one with little red meat, basically grains, legumes and veggies and fruit and ,moderate poultry, fishes and dairy.
