get yourself a can of salmon and make salmon cakes.

out of my head, for one small can of tuna:
>two big pinches of minced chives,
>pinch of pepper, a little bit of salt
>a tea spoon of dijon mustard
>hafl or one egg
>a can of tuna
>1/2 cup bread crumbs or crushed toated toast
>pepper flakes if you want

mix everything together nicely without making a paste

split it into two patties
pan nice and hot
fry them in the pan with butter or olive oil

I keep hot sauces, peanut butter and brown rice in the fridge.

Fat in the PB and rice goes rancid slower in cold.
Also you put a lot of crumbles and germs in your PB when you use it, so to keep it longer it's best to keep it in the fridge. I admit, that if you use a lot of PB it's safe to keep it outside.

For hot sawces, I just put them with the other sauces. It doesn't alter their taste.
