cook the peppers onions and garlic in olive oil, deglaze with a bit of chicken broth and add some heavy cream, pour it all in a blender add parmesan and blend until smooth. Add red pepper flakes if you want it spicier and more chicken broth if you want it thinner, I've also used jarred jalapenos for heat and it works. Season to taste and serve over pasta.
