>asian guy who autistically keeps whipping eggs with chopsticks while in the pan
>western guy who keeps pushing the cooked eggs in and tilting the pan
>both ended up as scrambled eggs for me
>fuck it, just dump the eggs in and go browse 4chan while they cook on low-med-low
>come back to check in like 10 mins or some shit, looks perfect
>flips perfectly, pot is spotless
>super fluffy, didn't break
Why do internet "chefs" overcomplicate this?
