Mmmm sounds good as hell, i would say wait until cheese ontop is a bit less then golden brown and interior reads to atlest 120 something so everything is nice and warm

when I do mine I cook at 300 with foil on top to get everything all melted and warm then I add fresh cheese ontop and broil until a bit less then golden brown but, that's just me

Because the development of China has outpaced the development of the chinese people. It's like if aliens dropped down and gave the west technology that was centuries ahead of their current capabilities. Culture and collective consciousness are much slower to adapt. The bugmen are decades or more behind their technology.

Can I brew coffee with hot milk instead of water?

I mean, I know I "can", but will it be good?

I find the average café au lait too bland and flavourless, but I once tried doing it that way with my drip machine and ended up ruining my coffee maker, because some horrible stench came out of it and I was never able to remove it, even after countless cycles of water with vinegar or sodium bicarbonate.
