pro tip, when mincing garlic, rub a very small amount of olive oil along the blade and the bits wont stick nearly as much.
Also, as the guy who originally made the entry level comment, I use victorionox knives almost exclusively in a kitchen I work at. Theyre all totally fine, they just arent as comfortable in hand as my oakhandled knife from home. There is nothing wrong with any of them, and so long as you regularly sharpen them on a steel and take em to a pro once every 6-12 months the edge holds up fine.
