I posted this in another thread but I doubt it will get as much exposure.

I harvested an unexpectedly large amount of turmeric and I have no idea what to do with it. The only thing I can think of is pickling it.

Any recommendations?

I will also use this thread to plug this gigantic wad of turmeric that I harvested a week ago. I did not expect it to be this much and I have no idea what to do with all of it.

Does anybody know what I can do with a gigantic mound of turmeric? I was thinking about slicing it up and pickling it
