Because a lot of people are just too lazy to try things out for themselves.

There's nothing wrong with sriracha as a type of sauce, but as others of said it's the popular one. For the best one and I've tried various ones, look to the picture of Shark Brand.

You also have to look into the investors who here in the USA, make an overnight media thing over something that sucks, hence twitter. Anyone else notice that it literally appeared overnight on every media outlet? Again look to the investors.

If on twitter, wouldn't make that twitting and posts called twits? You can see that with other things from the media you all use the same term or terms at the same time such as "fiscal cliff." There's a list of these.

Just remember Shark Brand.

Why. If you don't like it you don't like it. And maybe you don't like shit chicken/rooster brand. Try some others.

What's the worst that's gonna happen, you don't like it, then you learn. That's how you learn young man.

Here's one... Shark Brand, I think it's the best one and blows the fuck out of these assholes shilling rooster brand.

Grab a bottle and see how it goes.
Again, that's how you learn.

The shills for rooster brand are very boring.

And now here comes Shark brand.

Because you're a shill.
The Thai have this right and I'm an American, chilies are native to this place.

Not everything is cock brand.

Sriracha is pretty good. The hipsters got hold of that recently and that's giving it a bad name. The real stuff is from Thailand, Shark Brand. That rooster shit is so full of crap that you'd have be on cat tranqilizers to think it's good compared to Shark Brand.

Shark Brand is hard to find however.

Try that, rooster brand is for hipsters, then try the real stuff from Thailand, no fillers in the ingredients, no shit bizzaro hipster stuff.
Shark Brand for the win.

Aight /ck/ need some advice on making Green Curry. Here is the recipe from Thai Kitchen

1 can (13.66 ounces) Thai Kitchen® Coconut Milk

1/3 cup vegetable or chicken stock*

1⁄4 cup chopped basil leaves

2 to 3 tablespoons Thai Kitchen® Premium Fish Sauce

1 to 4 tablespoons Thai Kitchen® Green Curry Paste

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 1⁄2 cups assorted cut-up vegetables, such as red bell pepper, zucchini, carrots and peas

3/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces

I bartended in a Thai restaurant for a year and while I never worked the kitchen this recipe just seems questionable. Is this a solid recipe or just some shitty Thai Kitchen (TM) green curry recipe? Aside from thai hot sauce, what else should I add? Also, I don't ever remember using brown sugar in the restaurant.

Shark Brand

Only had the rooster stuff before, but then I got a job in a Thai restaurant and they had this stuff in addition to the huy fung. It has slightly less heat, but it has a much more savory flavor. When I bought a bottle of it from my boss she looked surprised and said "Really? usually you Americans only like the other stuff made America, this is what we eat in Thailand". Doesn't seem to be to popular outside the Thai culture though, when I moved to a new city I had to search 5 different Asian groceries before finding it.

If you like huy fung brand aka rooster sauce, you should go out and find this stuff.

>We all know that the best sriracha is Huy Fong "hot cock sauce".

Actually it's Shark brand.

Cock sauce is heavily Americanized sriracha with a lot of chili flavor and little else. Traditional Thai sriracha like Shark brand is sweeter, tangier, and more garlicky. A lot more flavor.
