What do you mean? It's a mish mash of whatever but it's not garbage. If meat or offal or vegetables you don't recognize meets your criteria of disgusting then that's a pretty low bar in my opinion. It never made sense to me as a ethnic Chinese person growing up the threshold of where acceptability ended and disgust began. Like for me, my adversion with Chinese food is mostly weird fermented stuff but westerners seem to be more eager to try and drink fermented mung bean milk just fine while thinking it looks like milk but then draw the line at thousand year eggs which would totally be fine for me. Shit is weird.

Rest of year, we bury eggs in mud and mare's urine for month to proper condition them.
