Wife is FOB Chinese from Shanghai and there is plenty of things she will just buy takeout because the cooking process is too long and involved. We do have the turkey fryer wok burner, so no thing as too little heat.

Recently my girlfriend brought this old Wok into the house and I've gotten completely obsessed with it. Love making veggie stir fry and chicken fajitas. Been getting obsessed with trying to come up with the ultimate stir fry recipe. Was hoping to get a discussion going about woks, wok recipes and wok strategy for /fit/

That last bit. My stove cant reach actual stirfry temperatures if I wanted it to anyway. Like with most regular home stoves.
