I've never had a problem with the taste of papa johns. It's not great but it's not bad. Just kinda meh. Granted I haven't had one in probably 6+ years.

I've been making my own for over a year now.It tastes as good or better than take out/delivery and I really enjoy it. Making dough is really easy and the cheese and toppings just depend on how you want to do it.
