Chinese cook some things wrong, Americans cook nothing right

I eat noodles at least twice a day.
Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Burmese, Japanese, Kyrges.
If it's a noodle I'm all in there.

My favourite RN are rolled vietnamese/Chinese rice noodles stuffed with pork/tofu

Cheong fun, or rolled/intestine noodle.
It's just a flat sheet of rice noodle which you steam and roll full of usually shrimp if you're in the south- but I've also seen it down with beef (wouldn't recommend)

Takes literally ten minutes and is great for eloquently disposing of leftovers.
Throw some greens in on top of it after 5 minutes and have a full meal

I'm making a General thread for Chinese cooking
Asian fusion is acceptable, but if we can avoid cuisine warring that would be nice.

Pic relate, cheong fun
Very easy, good for vegetarians and has great potential in fusion dishes
