I don't have exact quantities but

For 4 you need:
500g long pasta (spaghetti, spaghettoni, linguine)
5 eggs
Some guanciale (pancetta, bacon or similar if you can't find guanciale)
Grated Pecorino Romano (or Parmiggiano, Grana Padano...)
Black pepper

First you need to mix 4 egg yolks, 1 whole egg and some grated pecorino together to make the egg sauce (it's always 1 egg yolk/person plus 1 whole egg)
Fry the guanciale in a pan, without oil
At the same time cook your pasta al dente, then mix into the pan with the guanciale
Take the pan off the stove (really important if you don't want scrambled eggs) and pour the egg sauce in, stir well
Serve with a lot of pepper and grated cheese
