Funny because you guys on /ck/ are actually the salty faggots. I got banned the only time I posted here for showing pictures of me boiling hotdogs in condoms. Fuck you I'll post it again, it allows the meat to retain its true flavor instead of being tainted by shitty kettle water.

What's the point of cooking hot dogs like this?

Favorite method of cooking your hot dogs /ck/?

I prefer the boil a la latex sheathe method. I always loved boiled hot dogs the best, and this way not only do I get that preferred boiled experience, but the juices, aroma, and flavour of the hot dog are intensified. You see, instead of escaping into the water, the sheathe keeps all these good things inside the meat. When you open the sheathe after boiler, I recommend gently wafting in the truly delicious scent which has built up.

As you can see there is a strategically placed small indent in the sheathe where you can add spices of your choosing before inserting the hot dog. Personally, I prefer cumin. Keep in mind that the spice of your choosing will be more for aromatic effect, although the taste of the hot dog will still be slightly altered.

There are latex-free sheathes for those of you with allergies. There are pre-flavored sheathes available for purchase but I find the texture of these to be off-putting, and the fruity flavors do not meld well with the hot dog, so I recommend using the spice indent instead.
