I usually drink a mocha java blend. I live in Iceland, so good coffee is hard to find, even though we drink the most of this shit per capita in the world.

I used to brew in a moka pot, but the rubber seal deteriorated and I can't find replacements, so I've just been drinking pour-over for about two years now.
I should get a grinder and import my beans, but it adds a premium to my cup of coffee, and it honestly tastes great as is.
The only cup of coffee I've gotten that's better than what I made at home, I paid like, 8 fucking dollars for.

I made a beer run today, and in my fridge I have the following
>Mikkeiller Green Gold
>Brewdog Hardcore IPA
>Brewdog Jackhammer
>Samuel Adams Winter Ale
>Founder's Centennial IPA
Along with some regional beer, notably Bríó and Úlfur.

Any recommendations on where I should start? I just zone out in front of my fridge and drool with anticipation.

Why do some people add egg yolk to their ground meet when making hamburgers?

Does it make it taste better or something? I've always just put salt/pepper in the mix and threw it on the skillet

ITT: A time when you suffered for being too kind

>At best friends house, playing vidya games
>Decide to sleep over.
>Didn't have dinner yet, so friends mom gets to the kitchen
>After about an hour she walks into the room with 2 plates, some "home made" cider and napkins
>"Awesome Ms.Anon! Thanks!"
>We both thank her and happily begin eating our meal
>Not sure what is was to this day, but his mom made some type of chicken-rice-chick pea combination
>Take a large scoopful of this
>Shit fucking bricks.
>Chicken is horrible, cold, and was bathed in some type of gelatinous fat
>Rice was extremely under cooked, and overly tasted with coconut milk i guess she was going for a jamaican recipe
>Chick peas add to the mushy consistancy, everything was unseasoned FYI
>Instantly hurl over in my mouth
>Friend looks at me puzzled as he is enjoying this shit, "What's the matter anon?"
>"Nothing, this tastes pretty good anon, your mom is a great cook"
>"Yea i know, this tastes great, you should try the cider, its to die for"
>Put plate down, go for the tall glass of cider
>Became suspicious, smell it first
>Smells like apple caramel
>This can't be to bad
>mfw this tastes like carbonated piss
>Finish the meal in agonizing pain just not to be rude
>Stomach is about to go through WWIII
>Wait until middle of the night to release this bullshit
>Go to bathroom, unleash hell, and repaint the bathroom brown
