soup cu/ck/s, could use some help. found this half-assed "recipe" on /fit/ and it's breddy gud, but it definitely doesn't come out in true patties as the picture states. And i don't use a whole fucking onion, that's insane. I replaced flour with breadcrumbs, and it's dope but how can i make it more sturdy and actually like a patty? Any way to fix this up better?

QTDDTOT i guess cuz i ain't find one

tuna patties are good actually and i'm not a large fan of fish myself

use albacore and buy the more expensive brand of canned for least amount of fishy flavor

but don't eat fish every meal or even every day, too much mercury and other toxins

also if you make the patties use breadcrumbs rather than straight flour, more gooder imo

Hello,

this is my first post here, im a complete cooking newfriend.

Today i did pic related, for dem dere gains, taste was good but my problem was that the pattys where realy "unstable", i could barely flip them in the pan without breaking them, also when i used a knife later to eat them, they were breaking apart.

What to increase? Flour? Add 1 more egg? What is making stuff more consistent?

I managed to accidentally obtain over 400 cans of tuna.

I need recipes, this shit won't last forever.

Making these right now. It smells really good, but isn't sticking together too well, so they don't hold the patty shape.

I'm seriously new to cooking, so I'm guessing I'll probably add some more flour, or maybe even bread crumbs to hold it together more. Hopefully that works.

I actually made these, they were surprisingly decent. Use only a quarter of an onion if you're using a regular can of tuna, though. 1 onion is like the same amount as the tuna.
