I'm not the kind of person who eats alone at a restaurant, and the disease is so sensitive that it's best to avoid bringing any contaminants into the house at all. Using an oven that hasn't been through a self-cleaning cycle isn't safe, due to food particulate circulating inside when heated. Using a cutting board that has been previously used to cut wheat ingredients is unsafe - bits of food get embedded in the minuscule nicks and scratches that will contaminate future meals no matter how thoroughly you clean. Same goes for most plates bowls and utensils. It's a fucking pain in the ass, but the alternative is her surefire developing intestinal cancer at a young age.
