Let it be known, this isn't a fucking "soup". This is Lunchables in water. A soup is a dish that is meant to have a variety of ingredients tasted in one bite, with flavour fused into one another. This? This is an abomination, this is broth with shit floating in it. Go make a bowl of chicken stock and dump anything in your pantry into it.

It's literally a lunchable in broth. Real soups are meant to be eaten with every ingredient ending up in your spoon, this is just snacks floating in tea.

never ate the real thing, just cheap and expensive instant noodles, any recipes worth doing? how long can I store broth in fridge?

Went through the fucking 3-4 hours process of making this shit and I'd rather have the 99 cent packets stuff instead. Why do hipsters and weeaboos say this shit is worth the effort? It's literally Japanese fast food like McDonalds or Five Guys

I'm pressure cooking some chicken broth today and need ideas on how to transform the broth into ramen broth. Usually I just salt and pepper it and add some miso. But maybe you guys have better suggestions.
Noodles will be self made alkaline wheat noodles, I'm also making soft boiled eggs for it.

I am an amateur cook, and I have been dying to make real ramen for the first time. This has proven to be fundamentally challenging in the small town I live in; the shops offer little. I wanted to make some pork based ramen, but no one in this fucking town sells pork bones. I've decided to do a chicken based broth instead, but I haven't found a single pleasing recipe on the fucking internet. So please, if you would. Help me out.

What should I do with the chicken after boiling it? I refuse to waste it, but I will not eat it plainly boiled.

I plan on boiling all of the ingredients in a pot for a short two hours. I plan to have ginger root, a yellow onion, the chicken, green onions, and garlic too the boiling pot.

Since there are NO fresh noodles, or other options that are fucking rice noodles I'm just gonna fucking use instant noodles.

Should I do any prep work for the day before all of this? Any sauces I need to ready? Fucking anything?

Please help me guys.
