I just transferred all the dough to a larger bowl for bulk fermentation. I did my math wrong and had to add a lot more flour to get my ratios correct. Thankfully, I caught it in time, but it was almost too late before all the water was absorbed and all the gluten developed. I then added the salt and the yeast, and now it will chill overnight until I take portions out to bake tomorrow. Before I will bake it, I will make the garlic bread by frying the garlic and the herbs and pepper.

You don’t need any special equipment, but you just need to know what type of bread you want. Do you just want it in a sub shape, or do you want it to include milk, or butter or eggs?

All dough is basically the same, but needs to be handled slightly differently based on what ingredients you want to add. Do you have a recipe that you want to use anon or are you just thinking about ideas? Post a recipe and we can talk about it.
