I've been to many countries and not a single McDonald's has the burger we have in Israel. It's over half a pound (275 gram) and it's the best McDonald's sandwich PERIOD.

You know the patties in mcroyal and big Mac? These are made from a different meat than The Big America, which is made from short rib and sirloin
