I just sorta start eating anyway. My family is 'somewhat' religious, but they tend to keep it at home.
At restaurants, we all just dig in.

My only complaint is my sister actually using a calculator to find out what she should tip, and complaining if we don't.
I just leave a dollar and give her a look.
