i haven't had anything to eat for 52 hours

A few times a year I have severe panic attacks. When this happens I will hide in my bedroom and eat food cold from the can. Unfortunately this is a true story.

I wish I could get a Five Guys burger with a bag full of McDonalds fries. That would be the ultimate fast food experience, but alas it will never happen.

About 50lbs overweight here. I work out and eat healthy meals, I just have to eat large portions or else I always feel hungry. It's awful and I don't know what to do.

I've been having lunch at this restaurant for about 15 years, probably at least twice a month. Today the waitress, who has been working there for this entire time, stood by my table and tried to make small talk with me for at least 3 minutes while I was trying to eat my food. I thought this was extremely inappropriate and it made me very uncomfortable. After some careful reflection I have decided that I won't be going to this restaurant ever again. It makes me very sad, I really like their food, and I see this as the end of a major chapter in my life.

I got diabetes from drinking so much fruit juice and eating fruit because I thought it was "healthy" and chugging soda gave you the beats.
