Going to the coffee importers later today. They got a bunch of beans from around the globe in all kinds of light medium or dark roast.
I've been using exclusively dark roast recently and I'm curious about switching over to a light roast for when I make moka pot or Phin coffee, as I feel those two methods sometimes overextract the bitterness from the dark roasts. What do you guys recommend? What roasts do you use?
