I would eat lab-grown seafood, but hell no to anything else. I just don't think the technology right now is capable of replicating the flavour, texture and flavour profile of anything more complex than fish.
The problem with lab meat isn't the flavour, it's the texture. It's easy to make a beef flavoured ball of slime, but fish already resembles the kind of stuff you get already so win/win.
