My favorite way to prepare her is whole. Just a simple roast because I'm able to make stock out of what is left. If you're not making your own homemade chicken stock your're losing out on an important culinary lesson and more importantly you're diluting your cuisine with store bought stock when you're already buying stock ingredients from the store

My friend and I are doing a double date dinner party with his new girlfriend who is vegetarian

We're making curry, I normally make a standard spicy green curry but I don't know how to compensate without muh meats

I'm thinking lots of mushrooms but from there i'm looking for ideas, curry is normally made meatless so this can't be too hard right?
