The place I got that one which is one of my favorite places is i think called Bo Ne Houston on Veterans Memorial by beltway 8 across from food town.
pic related is their signature dish, I'd rather have a bhan mi and a vermicelli bowl tho but their pate and fresh baguette is pretty damn good.

I was talking about American Chinese food not food in general.

I feel for you anon, I'm sure there are some random places that do it right up north, everyone should have the right to eat good mexican food, most places are shit tho and I hate seeing TX take the blame for it.
