I got this 4 years ago and love it.
I make ice cream 2-3 times every summer.
I feel like getting a more expensive machine wouldn't be worth it unless you make a shitload of ice cream.
Also my advice. If you do get this, crank your freeze to max and stick(with the mixer attachment) in the back of the freezer for 2-3 days, to get it as cold as possible. The colder the core, the better your ice cream will come out.
