I think my turkey is the moistest ever served at our Thanksgivings. Even dead center breast wasn't dry

Do you guys minmax your gut bacteria or aim for allrounders? Given that the food you eat determines which colonies are dominant, I think it's kind of fun to play around with. Personally i like to try and keep good variety, keep them all competing hard against each other. Every now and then douse the whole thing in very pure alcohol to punish anyone who's getting too aggressive.
