I should have gotten a counter depth fridge but otherwise I am pretty happy with my kitchen's layout, but it could use some updates. I like to work on renovating a single part of my house at a time. It's the kitchen's turn so I'll be improving it hopefully. This was my first house so I kept most of the old appliances (except the fridge) and decor.

I will be getting new appliances sometime this year. They're a bit dated. I'll probably redo the countertops and island at the same time because the current material just looks dirty so quickly.

I might expand the island a bit since I never use the dining room table (it's just me at the house). A rack for pots and pans wouldn't be amiss either. The ceiling in that room is lofted but a hanging rack might be ok. Haven't really mapped out exactly what I want to do.
