I want to cook some energetic paste, with meat, shrooms, ground veggies and stuff

I'm not thinking of patté, to be clear, but something I can ground, that's going to be high in protein, and can stored conveniently.

I want it to look just like some brown mashed shit too, no need for the look appeal.

Anybody got any ideas?
