This. Red meat heavy diets are only for the young who don't have any risk of cardiovascular issues. People like Jack or pic related are the last people who should be doing them. The reality is that the major problem with the American diet is an excess of calories overall. Plus if you're piling dairy on top of that you're just asking for trouble. Increases in dairy consumption in the past decades have not helped anything.
