How have you been surviving since September without an income? If you haven't worked in a year or more, you will qualify for EBT. I get it's a meme that it's somehow shameful but if you need it, you need it. I'd call human resources in your area and see what info you need and apply. If you go without employment for a year, generally you get about $200 a month. It can go through in less than a week if you do it in person. Even with corona, churches have food banks. I would start calling, just be honest with them. They never ask for proof, people abuse it all the time. It sucks to have to do foot work, anon, but it's just some phone calls.
