I lived in Poland for a couple years so I'm an expert. I hate polish people with passion, one of the most retarded nations I've ever interacted with. They do have a couple decent dishes though, I especially liked zurek, pierogi, barszcz, bigos. That being said they also have a lot nasty or simply pointless dishes like flaki, golonka, pope cream pie (really wtf polacks?), rosol (it's like piss with noodles). There are also things they've copied from other nations and claim to be theirs like schabowy (schnitzel), kopyka (gnocchi), goulash, etc.
