Could anyone tell me something I could add to my salad recipe to make it any better? I'm currently using baby spinach, red onion, hardboiled eggs, bacon, feta cheese and crispy red pepper salad toppings, with some dill weed and salt sprinkled over it. I eat it dry because it doesn't really need dressing to be good, but is there a dressing that would go well with it? I'm trying to lose weight, and it's working, but I've been told I should add more calories a day and would like to try and get most of them in the salad if possible.
