grills are criminally underrated for making vegetables.
You can do a better steak in a pan but nothing beats grilled zucchini or brocolli, salted, oiled, with a bit of lemon.

afterthought salad or unseasoned steamed veges triggers me. you clearly put effort into the rest. why not make some nice veges too. you're cooking med food ffs. do something like pic related.
