Naan dough contains yogurt and yeast, which makes for a slightly acidic taste and a leavened bread. We heat the tandoor up and wait until it reaches at least 400°F. Flour the working surface and your hands. Cut a piece of dough the size of an apple and spread it with your hands until it covers your entire hand. Wet the top a little, then sprinkle aromatic seeds and press to fix them.
A tandoor is a type of cylindrical clay oven pic related
>do they serve parata
yes lol ofc, indian restaurants that only have naan and no paratha are fucking faggot-run

Fuck these comments are ridiculous
> I could just make it at home
No you couldn't or wouldn't, the ingredients and preparation needed are basically as complicated as it gets, you'd use a jar of curry like the lazy fucks you are and it won't taste the same as fresh.
On top of that I'd bet everything I own you don't have access to a tandoor oven.
The reality is you can make high quality Italian dishes at home with little effort. You can't be assed to make actual Indian food or get proper temps for naan and the poos know this.

Saffron alone costs $10 a gram retard, now add 12 other spices and you've got a single curry.
