Any other crypto is worthless. Why? Because Monero is the only one that's actually private. All other cryptos have their transactions all in the open which is the real reason they're non-starters for any real use. Monero is successfully used on darknet drug markets for years without problems.
The bottom line is: Bitcoin, Eth, or whatever will provide the evidence to incriminate your ass to the exact amount, while Monero might be where the lead goes into a black hole and saves your ass.
