i have to strongly disagree about the "topping" under the cheese, first bite and everything slides plus your pepperonis don't get that maillard reaction crispening that boosts flavor

pro tip:
be fearful they like to crack when hot but if you preheat the stone on the very top rack the move it to lower middle rack the crust will cook more/faster then the cheese
if your crust is cooking to fast cook on a higher rack so the cheese cooks up faster

i actually had to turn the oven temp down, mine goes to 600f but it just wasn't cooking right. 450f seems to come out a lot better as long as i give the pizza stone 20+minutes to preheat.
here's a pizza i made when i was a teen for 2012 apocalypse (i was not happy when i woke up the next to find nothing happened and i still had to go to work)

why do people have such a hard time making their pizzas round?
>>18232270
butter dough will be soft, i just put my seasonings on top of the cheese and pepperoni so the grease that come out while cooking mixes with the spices

Once Italian immigrants reached America they realized they now had a abundance of ingredients and could make their favorite dishes they way they wanted to like covering the whole pizza with cheese instead of just a few random spot and garlic was cheap so they could add much more of it.
Pretty much the same story with all immigrants, when they get here they change their dishes

6/10 because looks like it tasted better then it looks but you need some practice stretching out the dough
