It depends on what denomination of Judaism they are.

Orthodox Jews have a strick adherence to kosher law

Conservatives are more likely to adhere to kosher laws, but many of them do not.

Reform Jews, like myself, don't keep kosher at all for the most part. There are plenty of reform Jews who do keep kosher.

If she's Reform or Conservative you'll probably be fine, if not, turkey bacon isn't that bad.
