A White Castle slider is a steamed burger on a bed of onions.

I like to use Dehydrated onions that I soak in hot water to reconstitute. And I also steam the burger buns on a cast iron griddle with some beef broth.

Simple to make and very tasty. Its a good winter meal when we cant use our Grill outside for real burgers when its snowy.
