I'm not entirely sure. Claiming that my chili was too spicy seems too farfetched.That was the only time I happened tho. Was also the only time I tried adding half a bottle of pic rel to it.

memes aside, this stuff is unironically delicious. just a drop on anything is great.

So I think I've developed an actual physical addiction to capsaicin. If I don't drink some of this stuff or drown something in it for a while I get really irritable and hypersensitive to temperature. I've tried to ween myself off of it but I can't stay away, can an excess of hot stuff over time cause any sort serious health problems?

For me, it's Dave's Insanity.

I have only made salsa a couple times but a good roast and scraping off the char makes a huge difference. If you have a lot of habaneros leftover you can make one of those crazy hot sauces like pic related.

I'm working my way up so I can get use to it and poor it on everything.
