I've tried Bombay Sapphire and pic rel and pic rel was amazing. I mixed it in with tonic water and if was really good (although I need to practice getting a good ratio) but I also tried if with 1642 tonic water (which has boreal flavors as well) and it was even better. Do you guys have any recs for similar Gins? I was thinking of trying the Fjord km12 next or the Wabasso Conifère or the Distillerie Vent du Nord Le Norkotié. I even tried making my own last week with cinnamon apples (found a apple pie mix), juniper berries, peppermint, and pine needles using Ketel One vodka as a base but it was really strong and no one I made try liked it that much. I'm gonna try just juniper and pine needles (and maybe peppermint even if it was very hated but im gonna put a tiny bit). Any recs for gin or my recipe?
