I’ve never really been here, but not sure where else to ask. I have a second interview in a few days at a restaurant that is much much fancier than I’m qualified for, but they’d like me to come in and show them some knife skills, and follow a recipe or two of theirs. I was wondering if there’s a good place to read up on or view different cuts/techniques or something? I don’t want to embarrass myself more than necessary. Thanks.
