Had this for dinner tonight
>angus choice ribeye cut from a cryovac'd rib roast and vacuum sealed
>asparagus fresh from the garden sauteed in a garlic infused olive oil
>buttercup/kale salad fresh from the garden
>mashed potatoes from last years garden harvest but stored properly and still fine
>garlic bread from homemade bread using last years garden garlic

Question: Why wouldn't a coastie foodie live in their closet hellhole for 10-15 years, scrimp and save and retire to flyoverville where you could produce much of your own food? This meal was similar to what you'd get at a midtier steakhouse only much fresher and trully organically grown for the most part. Literally farm to table instead of a slogan.
