Yeah but that's pretty much true anywhere. I was advised on /trv/ to avoid Hungary unless wear "normal clothes" (pic related) because I might be mistaken for a black criminal in the narcotics trade. For the record, I am non-white, but where I'm from "black" means having ancestors from the African continent. Not in Hungary!

Yeah some people in NYC say the same thing about tourists here, but I don't understand why anyone would say that. Smaller cities in France are fine too but they are not Paris, why would you equate them? A city is not just a city. Each city is different.
