You can do it for 2 months. You can do it today. You can do it tomorrow. You can probably even do it an entire additional month. But you know full well you're not going to keep this up the rest of your life. Fat people gain back their weight eventually even after losing a lot of it through dieting. Been the same way with me in reverse. In my mid-thirties now and still skelly as fuck. Your body just keeps on gravitating back towards what it's used to.
>“You can initially lose 5 to 10 percent of your weight on any number of diets, but then the weight comes back,” said Traci Mann, UCLA associate professor of psychology and lead author of the study. “We found that the majority of people regained all the weight, plus more. Sustained weight loss was found only in a small minority of participants, while complete weight regain was found in the majority.
>“Even when you follow dieters four years, they’re still regaining weight,” she said.
>Among those who were followed for fewer than two years, 23 percent gained back more weight than they had lost, while of those who were followed for at least two years, 83 percent gained back more weight than they had lost, Mann said.

It's hard to eat healthy but it's easy as fuck to not be fat. Not being fat is the default thing that happens when you're too lazy to get out of bed and feed yourself on a routine basis.
The real question is how the FUCK are you supposed to get enough potassium in your diet?
>Centrum Multivitamin: 2%
>Instant noodles: 0%
>Mac and cheese: 0%
>Ketchup: 0%
>Soda: 0%

Any other painkiller addicted anons figure out how to maintain an appetite? On the percocets and only thing I can hold down is chicken noodle soup. Tried forcing full blown meals but I either just get nauseous or else constipated with it stuck in belly for days and making me feel even sicker.

>Fat faggots who can’t eat healthy are as worthless as their food opinions.
Honestly the most overweight anons here are probably the ones most deserving to post. It's kind of their expertise.
Also you said "if you aren't in the green" but then called non-green people fat.
Blue isn't fat. I swear it's like we're going extinct in this obesity epidemic age. I hardly ever see fellow skellies at all anymore.
Why is it so rare for people to be underweight? It seems like it should be the default since you're underweight if you're lazy and just do nothing but sleep all the time. It takes lots of consistent work to constantly maintain a caloric surplus. I could see some people getting addicted to food and putting in that work every single day to keep fueling the fire, but why aren't more people doing other drugs instead?

For me, it's instant noodles and ketchup. Helps to have one simple meal you force yourself to eat at least once daily so you don't get indecisive and malnourished.

>Force myself to binge eat one and a half packs of Maruchan noodles plus chug an allegedly sugary / high calorie 20 oz Coke
>All that combined = 810 calories
How the FUCK are you supposed to gain weight? I did everything bad with diet and didn't even get up to half of the recommended 2000 calories a day.

I'm usually too tired to get out of bed and microwave food, so I end up barely getting enough calories to not die. It's way more mysterious how fat people do it. You're the ones actually doing something extra to make that happen. Us skellies just don't do much of anything. Skelly is default mode.

I know that feel in reverse, OP.
>Try to force myself to eat some wonder bread with peanut butter on it to increase daily calorie intake and bulk up from hungry skelly mode
>Can't even make it through the entire peanut butter / bread sandwich and end up going to sleep for 10 hours from the extra food and insulin rush or whatever going to my head
Just be lucky you can bulk easily. I'll be stuck as a skeleton for life. Girls like fatties better than skeletons.
