you should fry outside so you don't stink up the house and make the kitchen greasy as fuck, you should also use a deep fryer that automatically maintains temp, they only cost like $15

these deep fryers cost like $14 and have a temp gauge so you don't have to play around with a thermometer trying to get your heat right.

i take out side and fry on the back porch so it doesn't stink up the house and grease up the kitchen.
After i'm done frying i let the oil cool then strain it and scrub the floury sediment out of the bottom of the fryer and add the strained oil back in and stick a lid on it and set aside to use again a few more times. (make sure you put it somewhere where it won't get knocked over)

these cost like $25 and have a dial to set the heat so you don't have to play around trying to get the heat right, plus i take mine out on the pourch so the oil doen't stink up the house and splatter oil around the kitchen. let cool and take in back in the oil stays good for a few fryings as long as you keep it sealed

buy on of there for $25, add oil , take outside so you don't stink the house up and get oil splatters everywhere, fry in it, let cool, strain grease through a coffee filter into a bottle and save for next time, clean out fryer (windex helps cut the grease)
Should be good for at least 6-12 fries depending on what and how hot you fry
