why do people make such a huge deal about cooking turkey?
>you gotta buy it a week ahead of time - MINIMUM
>thaw it out for a few days!
>you’re gonna be in the kitchen all day!
my dad has cooked turkey every single thanksgiving, never invests that much time into preparation, and it’s done in under two hours
