Why do the potatoes in my soup have barely any flavor? I cooked them with beef and bacon ends and added a bunch of salt and garlic powder and it's still pretty tasteless. The broth is alright.

I just threw all my veggies (Beets, carrots, onions, potatoes) in with the raw meat and boiled it all until edible.

Why do my potatoes have no flavor. I thought they would at least absorb some of the flavor from the meat when they boiled together for a bit. Is the broth not strong enough? Should I make a good broth and THEN boil the potatoes in it?

It doesn't anything lmao it is just a word used to price up food and attract yuppies. Soon they'll be selling lab-grown beef with the word ORGANIC! (which it technically is) slathered onto the packaging
