Look up a recipe and make one. The cookie in the biscuit should be more crumbly/flaky. Difficult to explain, oreos taste more industrial I think.

True but they still make the best chocolate up here despite that. They also get their cacao from questionable moral practices abroad but that doesn't make me like the taste any less
